The Border Highway Connector is the new project for Santa Teresa and El Paso, TX. area.
The Border Highway Connector is a planned 8-mile state highway in southern New Mexico. It is designed to link the Santa Teresa Port of Entry and industrial parks directly to the City of Sunland Park. It will continue through the undeveloped desert before ending at an intersection with Pete V. Domenici Highway, about 2 miles north of the Santa Teresa Port of Entry.
